The Australian Music Alliance was conceived in 2018 by Australian entertainment lawyer Adam Burke, together with a group of Australian music professionals based in the United States. It is now a registered non-profit with four operational members, as well as an extensive advisory board comprised of experienced music industry luminaries, from both creative and business backgrounds. The AMA is committed to providing opportunities and resources for Australian music creators and industry looking to get a foothold in the United States. We aim to be "on the ground" support for Aussie acts and their teams establishing themselves in the world's most exciting and influential music market. A connector, a place to land, and megaphone for our nation's talents.
The AMA's first event is "AMA Breakers" - a monthly live stream that exposes emerging Australian acts to US industry and fans. Artists that are ready to break. Produced out of Los Angeles and supported by the Australian Consulate Los Angeles, AMA Breakers will help spotlight talent in a time when travel and live performances are next to impossible.
With many other projects in the works, please join our social media or email list and stay tuned!
